The lights irradiated by the car behind when driving at night affect safe driving and so on. These are all caused by the reflective reflection of the glass surface, because ordinary glass has high reflectivity. To reduce the influence of light reflected by glass, matt (anti-reflection) treatment on the glass surface can have a good effect.
Anti-glare glass can reduce the interference of environmental reflections, increase the viewing angle and brightness of the display screen, reduce screen reflections, make the image clearer, the color more colorful, and the color more saturated, thereby improving the display effect.
Traditional AG glass adopts processing hydrofluoric acid etching process:
1. Serious damage to human skin, bones, eyes and respiratory system;
2. Low yield and difficult process operation control;
3. Defective products cannot be reworked, and the production cost is high;
4. Low production capacity; 5. Waste emissions seriously pollute the environment and cannot be decomposed naturally.
With the improvement of people’s living standards, the call for high-risk occupational prevention and protection and the increasing requirements for environmental protection, the state’s control of environmental protection, the previous process is no longer suitable for mass production operations, as various fields have adopted anti-glare glass On demand, AG spray liquid adopts nano-spraying technology, which is harmless to human body, and there is no waste liquid discharge, realizing a true environmental protection and green processing technology.
Characteristics of AG spraying art:
1. The AG spray liquid can be sprayed directly on the glass surface. The liquid does not require any pretreatment. The surface of the workpiece only needs to be degreasing and dust-free cleaning treatment;
2. Adopt heat curing method;
3. The surface hardness can reach 6H~9H;
4. Adhesion level is 5B, 100% without falling off after 100 grid test;
5. Gloss value 40~120 (unit);
6. The total light transmittance is increased by 1%;
7. Haze ≤3%~15%;
8. The production yield can basically be controlled above 95%;
9. The AG film can be reworked before curing and the glass can be put into production again;
10. The production capacity can reach more than 3 times of the traditional process;
11. The production investment is small, and the existing clean room can be used for processing, and the spraying equipment occupies less production space.
AG trust test:
1. High temperature and high humidity test 85%RH, 85℃, after 1000hrs, no obvious change;
2. Wear resistance test 0.5kg, 10*10 #0000 steel wool rubbed back and forth 2000 times, no obvious change;
3. There is no obvious change in 10% acid-base test for 60 minutes;
4. Salt spray test 5%, 10-25Pa, 2cc/80cm2. hr, 35℃, after 48hrs, no obvious change;
5. Hot and cold shock 80℃/-40℃, after 50 cycles of shock, there is no obvious change.
What matters should be paid attention to when using AG nano spraying?
1. Because AG is relative to AF. The requirements of the AS processing environment will be very high. It needs to be processed in a clean room to prevent dust. The smell generated during AG spraying will require high requirements for the exhaust of the machine and the indoor ventilation system;
2. Because AG liquid contains nano-particles, it is necessary to choose a high-precision and high-atomization spray gun. Do the daily maintenance of the spray gun to avoid clogging the nozzle. The liquid that is not used up after the production is completed needs to be recycled.
Application scope of AG glass
Anti-glare glass has been widely used in PDP plasma TVs, PTV rear projection TVs, DLP TV splicing walls, touch screens, TV splicing walls, flat screen TVs, rear projection TVs, LCD monitors, touch screens, industrial instruments and advanced picture frames.
