What should be considered when using organic potting adhesives?

Situation 1: Forced
When the adherend is subjected to peeling force or uneven pull-off force, you can choose a glue with good toughness, such as rubber glue, etc.; if it is subjected to uniform pull-off force and shear force, you can choose a higher hardness and strength Glue, such as epoxy glue.
Situation 2: Temperature
Because different glues have different heat resistance, if the heating degree of the product does not reach the required standard, then you need to choose the glue with the corresponding temperature to achieve the perfect bonding degree, regardless of the temperature is too high or too high. Low will have an impact on the degree of adhesion of the product, so choosing the right glue will have an effect on the adhesion.
Situation 3: Humidity
There is a requirement for temperature and there will naturally be a requirement for humidity. If the humidity of the bonding environment is large, then it is necessary to consider that humidity and moisture are not good for the stability of the bonding interface. After penetration, it will achieve a kind of hydrolysis, so that the bonding interface will be destroyed and separated by itself. Therefore, if the adhered parts require good water resistance, then epoxy glue can be selected.
Situation 4: Chemical medium
Glues with good quality and low prices have different curing conditions and resistance to media, and sometimes chemical media are encountered during bonding. At this time, the correct glue should be used to resist chemical media.
